THUNDERGRID GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Privacy: Any such information about you that Thundergrid collects will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Basically, we respect your right to privacy and will do everything possible to keep your data safe.
Complaints: Should you have a complaint of any nature, please contact us immediately via info@thundergrid.net. We will endeavour to respond within 48hrs (weekdays). You can also reach us on (04) 392 8842.
Should we be unable to resolve your complaint you will be able to escalate it to the Utilities Disputes Commissioner Scheme, Freepost 192682, PO Box 5875, Wellington 6140. Freephone 0800 22 33 40.
Payment & billing: In order to use our chargers you will need to link your credit or debit card to your Thundergrid account. Charging cannot activate unless there are sufficient funds in your account. You will be notified within the web app when your balance is low. Our chargers will deliver power until your account reaches $0.00, then the charging session will end until your credit is topped up.
Charging: At Thundergrid we try to make sure all our chargers are well-maintained and functional. However, due to software or communications errors, charging can sometimes be interrupted or may not function. Should this happen, please contact us immediately via our help desk within the web app, or by email or phone. Sadly we cannot take responsibility or liability for any grievance caused due to failed charging sessions. Sometimes things can go wrong and we will do everything in our power to fix them as soon as we are notified.
Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to edit or change our Terms and Conditions at any stage.
