In the latest feature of MTA Magazine, Thundergrid's Jonathan Zukerman sheds light on the transformative impact of offering EV chargers for businesses. “Providing EV charging options for customers, staff, and your fleet can significantly enhance your business,” Zukerman explains, highlighting the environmental benefits, improved service, and increased attraction. MTA Magazine’s journalist, Gerald Rillstone, explored New Zealand’s EV landscape and visited Thundergrid’s Wellington headquarters.

The ERoad Fleet Day on August 7th, held at the expansive Mystery Creek in Hamilton, was a standout event this year, drawing a vibrant crowd from diverse backgrounds. With 1,000 tickets sold and around 50 exhibitors showcasing their expertise, the day was a resounding success. Thundergrid had the opportunity to highlight its EV charging solutions both at our stand and on a panel discussion alongside other industry experts.

What a great collaboration this has been – more proof that working together can create fabulous outcomes! Marlborough Community Vehicle Trust (MCVT) just started their electrification journey with a generous donation of a new electric vehicle (EV) from Marlborough Lines. In June, they unveiled their new EV and charging station at Wairau Hospital, Blenheim.It all happened with multiple sponsors like Hertz (charger), NMDHB (power & parking) and Aotea Marlborough (installation) coming together with the support of Thundergrid – Electric vehicle charging specialists. From now on residents who need medical care in the Upper South Island can be transported to their appointments sustainably and emission-free!

Over 50 interested visitors attended the successful FleetPartners NZ Event in Wellington on Thursday night.
