The new Thundergrid App replaces our web app and makes it easier for users to view charge session data, monthly invoices, authenticate a charge session and contact our friendly helpdesk all in one place!
To use our new App you simply download it from the Apple iOS oder Google Play Store
If you are a public user
Simply register your account with us, following these simple steps:
Click ‘Sign In’ then register to create your account.
Select ‘charge immediately’ if you are a public user
Enter your details (Name, address, email)
click “Register” and you are all set to go
If you are a fleet driver or apartment owner
Simply register your account with us, following these simple steps:
Click ‘Sign In’ then register to create your account.
Select ‘become Subscriber’ if you are an apartment owner with a private charger or fleet user OR ‘charge immediately’ if you are a public user
Enter your details (Name, address, email)
Select Contract type
Charger Owner – Monthly Subscription = Apartment owners
Fleet Driver - Monthly Invoice = Fleet drivers
Our team will verify your account when you are signing up for one of these subscriptions. This could take up to 48 hours and you'll be notified by email once your account has been verified
