Simultaneous AC Charging – The Autel AC Ultra is one of the fastest AC chargers in the world for two vehicles. It delivers 22 kW per port, even with two vehicles charging at the same time. This charger is capable to be installed with dynamic load management (Eastron) and within clusters of up to 41 chargers. With its 8-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi capability and various authentication methods, it’s great for fleets, malls, and businesses alike. You can purchase this EV charger wall or pedestal mounted to suit your location.

 

The IP54 protection rating makes the Autel MaxiCharger AC Ultra suitable to be installed outdoors as well. It will work in the rain, snow, extreme cold, extreme heat, and other weather conditions. Extensive testing done by the manufacturer ensures it can operate in climates as cold as -40 degrees Celsius and as hot as 55 degrees Celsius.

  • Advanced load management. Charging multiple cars can put a strain on your building’s power and fuse board. A separate electrical meter is installed on the building’s switchboard to measure electrical currents and send real-time data to the charger. The chargers can respond and increase or decrease the power provided to EVs. This prevents overloading your building’s switchboard, avoiding power trips and costly electrical upgrades.
  • Clustering. You can cluster up to 41 EV charger units together to share the available energy. They will be talking to each other over a local area network.
  • Scale with demand. Thanks to the power management features in this charger you can add more chargers later. Often this can happen without needing to perform expensive electrical upgrades to your power boards, because those can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

    • Authenticate via the Thundergrid Apps, viewing charge sessions live, see all your invoices and find out about your car’s specifications all in one place
    • Require an RFID tag/fob to unlock the charger (suitable for locations where you want to restrict access)
  • Customise your settings via the web interface. Access in-depth insights into your charging, set charging guidelines and power limits for smart, cost-efficient charging.
  • User and charge session data. Monitor charge session reports and bill users for the time or energy consumed or sign up to Thundergrid for a fully automated billing service. This is ideal for fleets and internal department cost centers, apartment body corporates and more.
