By introducing two new members to our 24/7 helpdesk (Managed Services – Thundergrid), we are ensuring that EV charging issues are resolved quickly.

New Voices, Same Great Support
We’re thrilled to welcome two new team members to our helpdesk team. The two new members are based in India and have been trained on chargers and systems to be able to support EV drivers reaching out for help. “It was all about EV Charging Solutions Support training.
