The MaxiCharger DC HiPower from Autel can truly power any vehicle with 480 kW or 640 kW when time is sensitive. The dual output and LCD touchscreen makes charging convenient and user-friendly.

  • Commercial fleets looking for a rapid charging option, in addition to slower AC chargers, for when users need to top-up quickly.
  • Public charging at airports, car parks, hotels, hospitality venues, supermarkets and campuses that want to offer a fast-charging option for users with dwell times of 30 minutes to 2 hours (time to fill battery will depend on the size of the EV’s battery).
  • Total power output up to 640 kilowatts. Using a fast-charging DC connection, the DC HiPower can charge one vehicle at a maximum of 480 kilowatts, or two vehicles synchronously at 320 kilowatts each,
  • Separate power cabinet and dispensing units. A standalone power cabinet installed remotely from the dispensers reduces the space requirements for charging vehicles. Each power cabinet can provide simultaneous charging for up to 8 vehicles.
  • Multiple dispensing options. Air cooled (240 kW) or liquid cooled (480 kW) dispensers allow for flexibility to meet different charging requirements.
  • Intelligent power distribution. Powered by Energy Cube, an algorithm developed internally, which stabilizes the local charging network for safe, simultaneous charging.
  • LCD Touchscreen. A 15.6-inch colour touchscreen for user interface on the dispensing units. This screen is used for starting and stopping charge sessions and showing the status of ongoing charging.
  • Compatibility with supporting systems to increase charging capabilities. The DC HiPower systems can work with solar power, energy storage, and energy management systems to improve overall charging capacities.
  • Several connectivity options. With a variety of connectivity options including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and a SIM card for cellular communications this charger can be easily connected to a charge point management system or other chargers.
  • A variety of access options can be set to either:
    • One-off charging for clients by scanning a QR code on the digital display screen of the charger that leads them straight to a payment portal to charge without downloading an app or creating an account
    • Require an RFID tag to unlock the charger (suitable for locations where you want to restrict access).
  • Durable outdoor rated enclosures. Sturdy weather resistant enclosures for the power cabinet and dispensers with IP54 ratings for water, dust, and debris, this charger is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
  • Customise your settings directly on the charger touchscreen. Access in-depth insights into your charging, set charging guidelines and power limits for smart, cost-efficient charging.
  • 5m tethered cables with CCS2 connectors
  • Up to 480kW charging power to a single vehicle for DC fast charging.
  • 15.6-inch LCD (1920 x 1080 resolution) touch screen
  • Device connectivity via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Cellular Networks, and an RFID reader.
  • Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) 1.6J communications (or optional OCPP 2.0.1)
